Biography
John Frohliger came to St. Norbert College in 1983 and loved working with the students. He noted, "There are few things as professionally satisfying as watching young minds develop their mathematical skills. When a breakthrough occurs, when a student who is struggling with a math problem suddenly 'gets it,' then I feel that I've made a difference." Dr. Froliger was the Wisconsin coordinator of American High School Mathematics Examination (AHSME) for five years (1987-1992). From 1997 until 2002, he served as the Chair-Elect, Chair, and Past-Chair of the Wisconsin Section of the Mathematical Association of America. He also served a five-year term (2002-2007) as the Associate Dean of SNC's Natural Science Division.
