Biography
Kelly Collum joined the St. Nobert faculty in 1967. From that time, he taught a variety of theatre history, acting and communication courses, as well as produced and directed over 80 plays. In addition to teaching, Collum was theatre director at St. Norbert and served with the Wisconsin Arts Board and the Department of Public Instruction. He was also the creative coordinator for Arts/Access, a consortium of eight area art, education, and health and human services agencies providing visual and performing arts experiences for disabilities through on-site residency programs. Collum was a visiting artist with the Arts for Special Children workshops since the program's inception in 1985 and worked extensively to promote historic preservation and education. For his valuable efforts, he was inducted into the Brown County Volunteer Center's Volunteer Hall of Fame in 1991. Collum received his bachelor's degree in theatre from Auburn University, a master's from University of Michigan, and a doctorate in theatre from Florida State University. In 2005 he was named Professor Emeritus at St. Nobert College.
