Biography

Robert H. Boyer received his PhD in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 1969 and spent the next 36 years teaching at St. Norbert College in Wisconsin. He regularly taught a range of courses including Chaucer, Austen, Continental Novel, Science Fiction and Fantasy. Bob published extensively in Science Ficton and Fantasy and was a visiting professor at the U. of the Philippines in Manila. Now retired, Bob continues to teach occasionally and write regularly. His publications include Visions and Imaginings: Classic Fantasy Fiction and Sundays in Manila, a memoir.
