Graduated from SNC in 1965. Retired from St. Norbert College in 2007 after 29 years of service to the college. The Richard C. Rankin Legacy Award is a certificate named after him that is awarded to a senior who made significant or unique contributions to enhance student life on campus during his or her college career.
